I recently had the privilege of dining at F&B in South Padre, and I must say, it was an exquisite culinary journey. From the moment we walked through the door, the exclusive atmosphere and impeccable service set the stage for a truly memorable evening.

The culinary highlight of our visit was the Smoked Duck Breast, a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The succulent duck breast was perfectly smoked, resulting in a delightful tender meat. Accompanied by honey glaze carrots, oyster mushrooms, broccolini, confit potatoes and curry carrot puree, all thoughtfully crafted to enhance the dish, making it an absolute must-try for anyone who appreciates fine dining.

Our other choice was the Jerk Chicken Roulade, a dish that showcased the chef's skill in marrying diverse flavors. The chicken was expertly rolled and seasoned with a harmonious blend of spices and served with coconut & ginger braised collard greens and pickle chilis, resulting in a well-balanced and satisfying taste experience. While it may not have reached the same heights as the Smoked Duck Breast, it was a solid choice and a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality.

Throughout our meal, the service remained exemplary. The staff's attention to detail and their knowledge of the menu were commendable.
